By downloading, installing, or using any BitsArk Labs application, including DolarMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. DolarMap is a financial information and analytics application that provides real-time and historical currency exchange rate data, price alert functionality, and market analysis tools. The service is provided for informational purposes only.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All exchange rate data, analytics, and information provided through DolarMap is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. BitsArk Labs is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or exchange service. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our application.
• You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service.

5. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitsArk Labs and Tecnologia Atual Servicos LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
